Rules to the rulesDeterministic
SentRules never guesses which folder wins. These policies are the rule engine contract.
1. Match To, Cc and Bcc
Exact recipient rules match one address. Domain rules match every recipient at that exact domain.
2. Same destination is safe
If several enabled rules match and all point to the same folder, SentRules files there once.
3. Different destinations are a conflict
There is deliberately no hidden priority order. SentRules leaves the sent copy in Sent Items instead of guessing.
4. Disabled, missing or unsafe rules do nothing
Disabled rules are ignored. Missing or unsafe destinations leave the sent copy in Sent Items.
5. Sending never creates rules or folders
Normal Outlook Send executes existing rules only. Rule changes happen here, deliberately.
Rules0 enabled
Create, edit, disable or remove the rules used by automatic background filing.

Suggested rulesNot scanned
SentRules can read who you already send to and match them against the folders you already have. Nothing is created, sent or moved by scanning — you tick what you want and save.
Connect Microsoft to scan your sent mail.
Test the rulesDry run
Enter any recipient. SentRules will show exactly what the current enabled rules would do. Nothing is sent or moved.
RESULT
Enter a recipient to test. This uses the same exact email/domain matching model as SentRules.
Folders0
SentRules Manager never creates folders implicitly. Create or rename folders in Outlook, then refresh this list. (Setup creates one folder for your first rule, named after the recipient you give it. Nothing else here creates, renames, moves or deletes a folder.)
Connect Microsoft to load folders.
Normal Outlook Send uses enabled rules automatically. SentRules never guesses between conflicting destinations.
