Four steps. Then forget about it.
Connect Outlook
Connect the Microsoft account whose Sent Items you want SentRules to organize.
SentRules never asks for your Microsoft password. Microsoft handles sign-in and consent.
Start SentRules
Your Outlook connection is ready. Continue to secure Stripe checkout.
- Nothing is charged today.
- You get the complete product for 14 days.
- On day 15 the annual subscription begins at $39.99 a year.
- Cancel before then and you pay nothing — from Stripe's billing portal, no email required.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. SentRules never sees or stores your card number.
Create your first filing rule
Tell SentRules who a sent message is for and where its sent copy belongs.
Choose a different folder instead
Open Outlook and send a message to an address that matches this rule. You can close this page — filing does not depend on it. If you stay, SentRules will tell you the moment your message is filed.
Waiting for your test message…
Microsoft usually notifies SentRules within a few seconds of the message landing in Sent Items.
You’re done.
When a sent message matches an enabled rule, SentRules files the confirmed sent copy automatically in the background. No special Send button, and no page has to stay open.
This is where you come back to
Rules, folders, the dry run and your subscription all live here. You do not need it for filing to work — only for changing how it works.
This adds one folder to your Outlook folder list — ⚙ SentRules — holding a single message with the Open Manager button. It appears in every Outlook you use, phone included. Nothing else is added or changed, and deleting the folder never affects filing.
Your browser did not offer a taskbar shortcut. Bookmark this page now (Ctrl+D) — it is how you get back to your rules and your subscription.
You can close this page now. Keep using Outlook normally.
