Stop dragging sent mail into folders.
SentRules files it the moment it's sent, using rules you write once. Free for 14 days, no charge until day 15.
You send. It files. That's it.
This is a simulation of your Outlook, running right here in your browser. Nothing is connected and nothing is sent.
Three screens. Then you never think about it again.
These are real screenshots, not mockups.
The questions you're already asking.
Does SentRules read my email?
It reads the sent copy so it can tell who a message went to, and moves it to the folder your rule names. It asks Microsoft for permission to read and move mail — and deliberately does not ask for permission to send mail. Outlook stays the only thing that ever sends on your behalf.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Filing runs on our servers through Microsoft Graph, so it works whether Outlook is open, closed, or on your phone. The ⚙ SentRules folder added at the end of setup is your one-click way back to the Manager from inside any Outlook.
What if two of my rules disagree?
SentRules moves nothing and tells you. It will never guess which folder your mail belongs in. Same if the destination folder is missing — the copy stays safely in Sent Items.
Why did this stop working in the first place?
New Outlook replaced client-side rules with server-side ones, and Microsoft's server-side rules only act on mail arriving in your inbox. The "apply rule on messages I send" option that classic Outlook had simply doesn't exist any more. It isn't hidden in a setting — it's gone.
What happens when I decide to sign up?
You connect Outlook, choose annual or monthly, and add a card to start your 14 days free — nothing is charged that day. Then SentRules writes your first rule for you and you send a test message so you can watch it file itself. On day 15 it becomes $39.99 a year, or $4.99 a month if you picked monthly. Cancel from Stripe's billing portal any time before day 15 and you pay nothing.
Seen enough?
Set it up in about two minutes. Your first 14 days are free.
Card required to start the trial. You are not charged until day 15. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
